When you use PopoVibe application and services, it means that you trust the ways how we process your information. Our Privacy Policy explains the following aspects:
Ⅰ. What Information We Need and How We Use Them
To provide better services to all users, we may collect information from you for lawful purposes, including basic information and more complex information.
1. The information you provide to us
When you use PopoVibe, you may contact us to solve problems you encounter or provide suggestions for our services. In this case, you may be asked to provide relative information, such as your email or other contact details, screenshots, screen recordings, purchase information, etc., it depends on the issues you are appealing.
2. The Information you authorize third parties to provide
When you begin to use PopoVibe, you can log in with your Apple account, Google account or FaceBook account. In this case, you need to authorize the third party to provide your account ID, profile photo and your email address on their platforms. The information will be used to create your PopoVibe account.
3. The information collected by us during your use of our services
We will collect information about the services you use and how you use them. These information include:
Device Information. We may collect device information, such as Hardware Model, Unique Device Identifier (includes IDFV and IDFA, iOS Devices Only), Device Language and Region Information, Mobile Network Information. We will use the information gathered from all services to provide, maintain, protect and improve those services. Simultaneously, we will develop new services and maintain information security.
Usage Information. We may collect Usage Information, such as click records, viewing records, viewing durations, collection records, like records, login and logout records, feedback information, language setting, purchase record. This information enables us to offer personalized displays and personalized content recommendations that better suit your needs.
Interactive Information. During the process of your sharing information or receiving information shared by others, we may collect and access the contents of your clipboard. We will not collect any other information from your clipboard beyond detecting links related to PopoVibe. If the clipboard content includes links related to PopoVibe, we will provide you with convenient features or services such as page redirection and content sharing.
Local Storage. We may use the caching data which is collected from PopoVibe and stored on your device so that you can have a smoother using experience.
4. How we use the information we collect
We will use the information we have collected for the following purpose:
Basic Service. We use the information to maintain basic services.
Communications. We use the information when updating our functions or solving problems you encounter, because we need to notice or communicate with you
Optimization of Experience. We use the information to provide personalized displays and personalized content recommendations that better suit your needs.
Safety and Security. We use the information to monitor and prevent security risks or technical problems that may harm PopoVibe products, protect your account and system security, and improve overall security.
Technology Enhancement. In order to improve our application and services, we need to conduct various statistics and analysis based on user behavior to enhance our technical capabilities.
Ⅱ. What Device-authorization We Need
We need Region, Storage, Notification and WLAN Connection when you use PopoVibe. These authorization are used to support the basic service of us, such as send notices, connect to WLAN when viewing dramas, get feedback information, etc..
Ⅲ. Information the SDKs Collect and How to Use Them
During your use of PopoVibe, SDKs will collect your information. The information collected by SDKs is used to support the PopoVibe functions, so that we can better improve PopoVibe services.

1. Store Your Information
Presently, our server for storing your personal information related to PopoVibe is located in Singapore. You understand and agree that, under the conditions and terms of this Privacy Policy, we may transmit and store your personal information to/in such server upon compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
We retain your personal information until the termination of your account and otherwise as long as necessary for the purposes described above. The retention periods are different depending on different criteria. After the retention period, we either delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.
2. Protect Your Information
We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information. We will strive to take reasonable security measures and do our utmost commercial efforts to protect the security of your personal information.
We will adopt security protection measures in line with industry standards to prevent unauthorized access, modification, and loss or damage to your information.
We will take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that irrelevant information is not collected.
3. Disclaimer
Without violating the law, we shall not be held responsible for any privacy breaches or data loss caused by third-party service failures or external factors.
Ⅵ. Access and Deletion of Personal Information
Whenever you use our services, we will strive to ensure you full access to your personal information.
When you update your personal information, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.
As long as we allow you to access and modify the information, and it does not require too much input, we will provide it for free. We will strive to improve maintenance of the services, to protect your information from accidental or malicious damage. As for those requests of endless repetition, requiring too many technical means, risking others' privacy or very impractical (such as information stored on backup tapes), we may reject it.
You have the right to decide whether to delete your viewing record though and app cache information.
You can delete your viewing record on the "List" screen.
You can delete the cache information on the "Profile" screen after clicking "Settings".
Before you delete personal information, we will send you a request for reconfirmation. Once deleted, your personal usage information cannot be recovered, so you are responsible for your actions.
You have the right to delete your PopoVibe account on the "Profile" screen after clicking "Settings".
Before you delete your PopoVibe account, if you are a subscriber, we will send you a reminder that you need to unsubscribe from the service first. Once deleted, all of your personal information and assets under PopoVibe will be deleted simultaneously and cannot be restored, unspent virtual-Coins cannot be converted into any currency, and you cannot claim compensation from us for this action.
Ⅶ. Revision and Notice of Privacy Policy
In order to provide you with better services and adapt to commercial and legal changes, PopoVibe will be updated and changed from time to time, and we will revise this Privacy Policy in due course, which constitutes a part of this Privacy Policy and has the same effect as this Effectiveness of the Privacy Policy. After we update the Privacy Policy, we will inform you in a reasonable way.
Ⅷ. Language
This Privacy Policy is written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between the other language versions of the Privacy Policy and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
